Its easy to say "I dont want to know," but knowing whats up is critical to your long-term health. Also on the show will be Paul DePauw, track operator of East Moline BMX. Paul just hosted the Quad City Nationals, and worked the local media into a frenzy in the days leading up to the race. We want to head his tips & tricks of dealing with the press.
